Condition of Products
Clothing, footwear and equipment which are described as ‘used’ will be specified as either Grade 1 or Grade 2. Images provided are for illustration purposes only
Grade 1 - Used products - Good condition - Strong Colour - No Rips or Tears
Grade 2 - Used products - More visible Signs of Use -Possible faded colour
Out of Stock Items
We aim to hold stocks of all the items shown on the website. Occasionally there may be circumstances where we are out of stock of a certain item. If this is the case and the item cannot be delivered within 7 working days we will contact you and advise you of the estimated delivery date. You will also be given the option to cancel your order.
Age Restrictions
Komstores.co.uk only sell item(s) to adults ages 18 or over. If you are under 18 years old, you are only permitted to use komstores.co.uk in the presence of a parent or guardian.
Under UK law komstores.co.uk is not legally allowed to sell knives, swords, air/soft guns, or any ammunition to persons under the age of 18. Proof of identification will be requested once an order is placed in order to validate that you are over the age of 18. The name of the card holder and name of on the identification must match those on the order.
By placing an order with komstores.co.uk you are confirming that you are over the age of 18. It is illegal to buy restricted products if you are under 18 years old or for any other person who is under 18 years old.
Pricing
All prices on komstores.co.uk are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. If a price shown on the website is found to be incorrect we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the correct price. In any case which you are not happy with the correct price we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of sale.
Once Order is placed
Once the order has been placed, and payment confirmed, Komstores.co.uk will send an email to you confirming the order. Once the item(s) have been packaged and have left komstores.co.uk an email will be sent to you confirming that the products are en route to your delivery address.
Payment
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards
Delivery
Komstores.co.uk will use Royal Mail or Interlink Express to deliver your products. Komstores.co.uk reserve the right to use their own discretion as to which services they will use to deliver your products.
Any order over 75.00 pounds, not exceeding 20kg of weight, will automatically qualify for free delivery , this is delivery to England, Scotland and Wales excluding Scottish highlands and Islands.
The standard delivery costs for the order is quoted during the checkout process. Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days after leaving our store. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1500hrs will be processed and out for despatch on the same day. For the purposes of deliveries, working days are defined as Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. All delivery charges apply to the UK only. We are able to deliver to Europe, in this case please email directly to info@komstores.co.uk for a quotation on delivery cost. In accepting the terms and conditions you also accept the delivery terms.
Non Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify komstores.co.uk if the goods have not been received within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. In this case email info@komstores.co.uk with name, address and order number of product(s). Komstores.co.uk will endeavour to resolve any issues with non-delivery of item(s)
Komstores.co.uk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Acts of God, Fire, Flood, War, Riot, Civil Commotion and Legislation.
How to return your order
You must contact us by email at info@Komstores.co.uk by completing the following returns form.
Please return the item to the address below, including all tags and labels still attached and in resellable condition along with a note of your name, address, contact telephone number and order number and that you require a refund of the item(s).
Used product(s) must be returned in the same condition as sold to you, upon satisfactory inspection of item(s) returned we shall issue a full refund.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt.

If the product is not what you required the cost of returning the item(s) is liable to you the customer.
In case the product(s) sent is faulty or not what you ordered as on the invoice, the item is to be sent back to komstores.co.uk, upon which an inspection of the product(s) will take place, if item(s) are deemed faulty or incorrect to the order placed a full refund will be issued
Komstores.co.uk recommends that you send the product(s) back using recorded royal mail delivery to ensure that komstores.co.uk receive it without any further delay.
Product(s) purchased online are only covered under these terms and conditions, item(s) purchased in store are covered by a different set of terms.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us by email at info@komstores.co.uk within 14 days and return the item unused and in resellable condition along with all tags attached and a note of your name, address and order number and the required size of the new item. (Click here for return/exchange from)
In the instance of exchanging product(s) the customer is to send the item(s) back at their own cost and will further incur postage cost for komstores.co.uk to re send the required item(s).
Product(s) purchased online are only covered under these terms and conditions, item(s) purchased in store are covered by a different set of terms.
Cancelling Order(s)
You are within you statutory rights to cancel an order within 14 days of the order being placed.
Privacy Policy
All information collected by komstores.co.uk during the order process is for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order placed by you. Any information provided by you will not be passed on to any third parties other than for the purposes of processing and completing your order.

Complaints
At komstores.co.uk, we make every effort to provide our customers with only the very best service. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint and your complaint is regarding a faulty or incorrect product then please follow our returns procedure as detailed above.
